I have been teaching the English language for many years and teaching has given me a lot of joy in my life. I love the English language and I love meeting and helping students to communicate better in English! I started teaching English in Zaragoza, Spain and I had. a ball there! I loved Spain and I loved teaching. After a year, I returned to Dublin and have worked in many schools since, teaching thousands of learners.

I have been inspired by colleagues along the way and have been fascinated with idiomatic language and how it works. I have always enjoyed teaching from day one. On a personal level, I find I am always in a better place at the end of a class. Teaching gives me a lot of pleasure and satisfaction. It requires high levels of energy to deliver an excellent class and it is always very rewarding.
